She began her career in Colombia at Cargocorp UW and then led the consolidation and operation of the MGA in Mexico. In 2021, she moved to the United States to work as a Broker at Synapse. She has a Master's Degree in Strategic Marketing and is currently a Director of Brokerage at Argentum Re.

With more than 20 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance, he started at Ace Seguros Chile and then worked at AIG as a Senior Underwriter. He led teams at RSA and played the role of regional Portfolio Manager. At Liberty, he was Technical Assistant Manager of Specialties and at SBins, Commercial & Marine and Surety Manager. He founded AJS Reaseguros Chile and later joined Synapse as a Producer. He is currently an Associate Director at Argentum Re.

She began her career at Atlantic, where she worked as an administrative assistant and then was in charge of technical analysis of freight transport underwriting. Maritime lawyer with more than 17 years of experience in Reinsurance. He started in 2006 at Comex Trading and in 2011 he founded the Wholesale Marine unit in Conosur RE, where he became CCO. In 2017 he led the Cargo operation in LatAm for RKH Specialty and in 2020 he joined Synapse as Head of Reinsurance. He is currently Executive Director at Argentum Re.
